PN Pertamina and PN Pertamina merged and reorganized into PN Pertamina (Decree No. 27 of 1968)

PN Pertamina is nationalized (Decree No. 8 of 1971)

Reorganized as a state-owned limited liability company PT Pertamina (Persero) (Decree No. 19/2003)
